Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

WolfSeek AI ("WolfSeek", "we", "us") is a product of RankForge. Our platform operates at wolfseek.rankforge.cloud and provides cryptocurrency market intelligence and analysis tools.

2. Data We Collect

Account Data: When you sign up, we store your email address, name (optional), and a hashed password. Your password is hashed using PBKDF2 with SHA-256 and 50,000 iterations. We never store plaintext passwords.

Usage Data: We track your daily AI analysis count to enforce plan limits (3/day free, 50/day paid plans). This is stored in Cloudflare KV and associated with your email.

Contact Submissions: If you use our contact form, your name, email, subject, and message are stored in Cloudflare KV for 30 days.

Onboarding Profile: If you complete the trading profile questionnaire, your responses are stored to personalize your experience.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect: IP addresses beyond what Cloudflare logs automatically, browsing history on other sites, payment card details (payments are processed by NowPayments), location data, or any biometric information. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

• Cloudflare Workers + KV: Platform hosting and data storage. Data is stored in Cloudflare's global KV network.
• Bybit, MEXC, CoinPaprika, DexScreener: Public market data APIs. We send symbol queries; no personal data is shared.
• altFINS: Technical indicator data provider. We send symbol queries via API key.
• NowPayments: Crypto payment processor. Handles all payment card/token transactions. We do not receive your payment credentials.
• AI Processing: Analysis queries and chat messages are processed through WolfSeek's AI pipeline (multiple compute providers with automatic failover). We do not use your data to train any models. Queries are stateless, not stored beyond your session.
• DexScreener: Token search API. Public, no personal data shared.
• RSS Feeds: CoinTelegraph, CoinDesk, CryptoPotato for news aggregation. No personal data shared.

5. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used exclusively to: (a) authenticate your account, (b) enforce usage limits, (c) personalize your dashboard experience, (d) process contact form submissions, (e) deliver the service you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Cloudflare KV, encrypted at rest. Sessions use HMAC-SHA256 signed tokens with configurable expiry. All API endpoints enforce strict content-type validation and rate limiting. The platform runs entirely on Cloudflare's edge network with DDoS protection enabled.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your data by contacting us, (b) request deletion of your account and all associated data, (c) withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account from Settings. To exercise these rights, email wolfseek_privacy@rankforge.cloud.

8. Cookies

WolfSeek uses these first-party cookies: ws_session for authentication (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax), ws_gate for private-beta site access (Secure, SameSite=Lax), and ws_admin_auth for administrator sessions (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax). No third-party cookies are used.
