By accessing or using WolfSeek ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid users.
WolfSeek provides AI-powered cryptocurrency market analysis, real-time market data, technical indicators, educational content, and related tools. The Platform aggregates data from multiple public APIs and processes it through AI language models to generate analytical outputs.
This is the most important section. Nothing on WolfSeek constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any form of professional financial recommendation. All analysis, predictions, verdicts, confidence scores, and reports generated by the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and risky. You can lose your entire investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. By using WolfSeek, you accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions.
WolfSeek analysis is produced by artificial intelligence. Our engineering team has implemented multiple professional-grade safeguards that limit AI hallucination: the trade levels shown in the Risk Snapshot are computed by deterministic code from live market data, not generated by the AI itself; every analysis is grounded in real-time prices, multi-timeframe technical indicators and derivatives metrics; a second independent AI pass (the Devil's Advocate) plus a quality review cross-examine every deep analysis; and automated filters flag hype or unfounded language before it reaches you. However, AI hallucination cannot be fully eliminated by any system, including ours. Despite these safeguards, AI-generated narrative may occasionally contain inaccuracies, misinterpretations or outdated context. Figures in the Risk Snapshot are the most reliable element of any report; narrative text around them is AI-assisted and should be independently verified. Never execute a trade based solely on WolfSeek output, confirm levels on your exchange and apply your own risk management.
You may create a free account by providing an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to: (a) provide accurate information, (b) not share your account, (c) notify us immediately of unauthorized access, (d) not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Free tier users are limited to 3 AI analyses per day. Founding Member users receive 50 analyses per day for the duration of their subscription. Usage resets daily. Attempting to circumvent these limits through automated means, multiple accounts, or other methods is a violation of these Terms.
Payments are processed through NowPayments, a third-party crypto payment processor. WolfSeek does not handle your payment credentials directly. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription purchases. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid features, contact us and we will work to resolve it or extend your subscription period.
The WolfSeek platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by RankForge. You may not: (a) copy, modify, or redistribute the platform's code or design, (b) use WolfSeek's branding without written permission, (c) scrape or extract data from the Platform at scale, (d) reverse-engineer the AI analysis pipeline. Analysis outputs generated for your personal use are yours to reference.
You may not: (a) use the Platform for illegal purposes, (b) attempt to compromise the Platform's security, (c) abuse the API endpoints through excessive requests, (d) use automated tools to access the Platform beyond normal usage, (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation, (f) resell access to the Platform.
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, (b) the data or analysis will be accurate, timely, or reliable, (c) the Platform will meet your specific requirements, (d) any errors in the Platform will be corrected. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankForge and WolfSeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email.
